Despite a somewhat lackluster performance in the English Premier League (EPL), Manchester United (Man Utd) remains the top team in average attendance this season. This is thanks to the largest stadium among the 20 teams in the EPL.

Through 16 rounds of the league this season, United has drawn 73,357 fans to its home stadium, Old Trafford. That's 96% of the stadium, which is known to have a maximum capacity of 76,212. Despite a rough start to the season, the home fans' support hasn't waned. They currently sit in sixth place with a record of 9 wins, 7 losses, and 27 points. In their nine home games in the league, they have a record of 5 wins and 4 losses.

In second place in terms of average attendance is West Ham United. They averaged 62,468 fans per game at their 62,500-capacity London stadium. Their ticket sellout rate is close to 100%. Not a bad record through 16 rounds. They are in 9th place with 7 wins, 3 draws, 6 losses, and 24 points, with a home record of 3 wins, 2 draws, and 2 losses. 온라인카지노

Son Heung-min's Tottenham Hotspur are in third place. They had an attendance of 61,640 for their home games at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, which has a capacity of 62,850. They have a 98% ticket sellout rate. Arsenal followed in fourth place and Manchester City in fifth. League-leading Liverpool was a surprise in seventh place with a 91% sellout rate.

The EPL is one of the most popular leagues in the world, and all 20 teams have sold out their home stadiums at 91% or more to date. Liverpool and Wolverhampton Wanderers are at 91%, followed by Bournemouth at 92%. West Ham and Arsenal both hit 100%, demonstrating the incredible loyalty of their home fans.

Meanwhile, Europe's big leagues outside of the EPL - Spain's Primera Liga, Germany's Bundesliga, Italy's Serie A, and France's Ligue 1 - saw declines in average attendance and home stadium ticket sellout rates. While the most popular clubs at the top of the league had a 90% sellout rate, the lowest-ranked teams were in the 70s and 80s, contrasting with the EPL.
