Pepper Savings Bank Recruited Coach John Grossman, an advisor to the Canadian national team“Expected to strengthen defensive organization”

Pepper Savings Bank's AI Peppers volleyball team (owner Jang Matthew) announced on the 4th that it has recruited coach John Grossman.

AI Peppers plans to take the lead in strengthening the team's defensive organization through coach John Grossman, who has about 20 years of coaching experience in the U.S. and Canada.

Coach John Grossman started coaching the YMCA youth volleyball team in the western part of the United States in 2004, and has taught many students to prestigious volleyball teams through various junior coaching experiences, and has been a coach at the Delaware Military Academy and Arcadia University for 20 years. In 2022, he proved his coaching expertise by advising the Canadian men's national volleyball team.

Until recently, he served as a resource coach for the North Carolina State University volleyball team, the top-ranked player of the NCAA, greatly raising the team's dig level, and was evaluated to have led to the growth of each player through statistical analysis.

At the same time, he also served as a leader for the gold medal square, a volleyball camp and coaching education organization. In particular, coach Grossman has specialized expertise in building a solid defense system by strengthening defensive skills such as digs and blocks. 스포츠토토

Coach Grossman arrived at Incheon International Airport on the 2nd and immediately moved to Gwangju to join the team's training.

Kim Dong-eon, head of AI Peppers, said, "We expect it to greatly contribute to enhancing AI Peppers' defensive organization based on their excellent coaching and analysis skills and know-how acquired from abundant coaching experience."
