Mahmoud Elkamshoushy (also credited as Arabic

‎) (July 28, 1915 – March 5, 1971) was an 
Egyptian
 poet and lyricist
[1]
. He was writing the traditional zajal . In addition to zajal, of which Elkamshoushy was considered a master, he was proficient with writing radio series. He also wrote many songs for Egyptian movies like Ismael Yassin as Tarazan.
