Kim Ha-sung (San Diego Padres) hit a lead-off home run in the first inning against Merrill Kelly, who played for the SK Wyverns (currently SSG Landers).

Kim Ha-sung started as the first third baseman in a home game against the Arizona Diamondbacks in the 2023 Major League at 4:12 a.m. on the 20th at Petco Park in San Diego, California, and hit a leadoff home run in the bottom of the first inning.

The home team San Diego, which allowed two runs from the top of the first inning and was trailing 0-2, hit a leadoff solo home run in the bottom of the first inning with No. 1 hitter Kim Ha-sung. The opposing pitcher was Kelly, who played in Korea. When Kelly's second 91-mile fastball came high toward his body, Kim Ha-sung pulled it and crossed the left-center fence to become his 16th home run of the season. 스포츠중계

It is the first home run in 17 days since the 3rd. Kim Ha-sung, who already has 27 steals, now has only four home runs left to join the 20-home run club.

San Diego, powered by Kim Ha-sung's home run, also hit a solo home run by No. 4 hitter Manny Machado to finish the first inning 2-2.
