Kickball is a field game and a competitive league game similar to baseball invented in the United States. The game is typically played on a softball diamond with rubber balls measuring 10 to 16 inches. As in baseball/softball, the game uses three bases and a home plate.

Originally called "next baseball," it was claimed that Dr. Emmett Dun Angel was invented in 1910 in his famous book, "Play: Composed of games for kindergartens, playgrounds, classrooms, and universities: How to teach and do women's basketball." His descriptions and field illustrations in this book are the closest and earliest known pioneers of modern kickball games. He also notes that "the game appears to provide equal enjoyment for children and provides a better understanding of the national game (baseball) while also providing exercise that is not too violent and full of fun."

The inventor's claim, later documented, was raised in early 1917 by Nicholas C. Seuss, supervisor of the Cincinnati Park Playground in Cincinnati, Ohio. Seuss submitted his first documented overview of the game, including 12 rules and field diagrams, to the Playground Book, published in 1917. In the book, kickball is referred to as "kick baseball" and "kick baseball." 토토사이트

History
Between 1920 and 1921, "kickball" was used by physical education teachers in public schools to teach young boys and girls the basics of baseball. The balls used in this period were soccer balls or volleyball balls. The game was played by 10 to 30 players, and the stadium included a "neutral zone": a zone where the ball cannot enter until it is actually kicked. There was no pitcher because I had to kick the ball at home in a three-foot circle. The ball must go over the 5-foot line. The runners could only advance one base from the infield ball. Teams change teams only after all team members kick.

Published in April 1922, Daniel Chase, athletic director of the New York State Department of education, describes the oldest known description of adults playing kickball. The game was held at a conference of rural teachers in Moore Fawkes, Clinton County, New York, where Daniel was teaching games that teachers could teach students. They made one out of old stockings and rags because they didn't have a ball. The ball was about seven to eight inches long and was tied with an old shoelace. The construction of the makeshift ball was demonstrated by Mr. Braddock Wells to rural teachers. Teachers were assigned numbers to make a team. One team is odd and the other team is even. Team captains chose university names to represent each team's name. The odds chose Yale and even Princeton. The "Kick Baseball" game was the last game they played at the conference to decide the day's championship. Ten players were selected for each team and the rest were organized into cheering areas. Yale kicked it first. There were no pitchers on the field, and there was an additional shortstop between first and second base. In the heat of the day, he filled only three innings, and Yale won 3-2. The supporters showed great sportsmanship and applauded all the good games fairly

U.S. correspondent Ernie Pyle of world war ii reports that it was played by American soldiers throughout Tunisia in 1942-43.

"Kickball" was promoted as an unofficial game for soldiers by the United States Army Department in early 1943. In this modified game, every kick had to be a home run, and after consecutive passes to all the basemen, the kicked ball had to be sent home.

Kickball is a great and easy game for all ages. The rules are similar to baseball, but they use rubber balls the size of soccer balls. You can play games indoors or outdoors, so any time of the year is fine with a gym that's just the right size.

The four main components similar to baseball are similar to baseball, and kickball is played in two teams and four bases with one ball. Start by describing (or reviewing) the four bases: home plate, first base, second base, and third base.

Kickball Basic Rules
Pitching: Each team pitches to the other team. Pitchers have to throw the ball from the pitcher's mound and cannot go in front of the batter's box until the ball is full. Slow to medium pitch...
Kicking: All kicks must be done with the foot. A kicker can be out if he is hit by three strikes or four foul balls.

How to play
When a player must play as a base during a game and the base is tagged by the opponent holding the ball, the player is sent off. The game length kickball game is played in 5 innings. At the end of the game, the team that scored the most wins.
You should always use your dominant foot when you go to kick the ball. You stand right behind the ball, and you step back a little bit to one side of the plate. You may notice that some kickers start running to try a more powerful kick from afar, but this is not necessary.

Step
The kickball change consists of three stages of kick step and ball change. In other words, you kick your foot once and move forward with your foot down. Kick with the other foot and lower your foot. Switch to the other foot, kick, and then lower the foot.

Purpose of Kickball Game
One team wins the game with more points than the other team. Each player tries to do this by kicking the ball, running all the bases, and scoring. At the end of seven innings, the team with the most points (less points if you want to play a short game) wins.

Kicking, twisting, and turning help build strength in the lower body and core. - It relaxes muscles and increases muscle mass. - Playing kickball keeps your bones healthy and strong. Playing competitive kickball games is the best way to maximize health benefits. On average, you will eat about seven calories a minute when you kick a soccer ball. However, as you gain more weight, a lighter person will burn more calories compared to making the same effort.
