That is decided with reference to your position & distance from the attacker. If the attacker is at arms length, you dont go closer so that you can hit the nose. Instead aim for the knees. Eyes : Two fingers, jab them directly into the eye. It disrupts their vision and gives pain, thus giving you a better chance of escape. You may also use your knuckles instead of fingertips

The knee is an ideal self-defense target, vulnerable from every angle and easily kicked without risk of your foot being grabbed. Kick the side of the knee to cause injury or partially incapacitate your attacker. Kicking the front of the knee may cause more injury but is less likely to result in imbalance.

Genitals :
No Rules. Any attack in that vicinity is a sure shot winner for stunning your attacker. Just do not put yourself in a weaker position while attacking though.
