The rule of herd of Wolves walking. The very first wolves moving at the front should always be the sick and old ones, mostly wolves ready for sacrifice to give survive and clear the way for others. 
Behind them there are 5 youngest strongest male wolves, for safety and security of the group. Then 11 female wolves following them, and been followed by 5 other strong males, where should be the fighters, to take care of the females. 

At the very end is the head of the group, which moves with a distance to be able to observe the whole herd and make sure nobody lagging out
