Jeffrey Stephanie Wook, a new millionaire from Regina, Saskatchewan, hit the Smoke Signal jackpot in the early morning of Sunday, Sept. 17, winning a total of $1,490,640.58. Stephanie Wook won the Progressive Jackpot, the highest rating for Smoke Signal, at SIGA's Gold Horse Casino in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan.

He was awarded the prize by SIGA management at an official check presentation ceremony at Goldhorse Casino on Thursday, September 21, 2023.

"On behalf of SIGA's board, management, and staff, congratulations to Jeffery Stepaniuk on his impressive Smoke Signals victory," said Gold Horse Casino General Manager Justina Sather.

"Congratulations to Jeffery Stepaniuk, the recent Gold Horse Casino millionaire. I wish you all the best and enjoy the win," added SIGA regional general manager Trevor Marion.

To date, SIGA's Smoke Signals Progressive has won $61,788,586.14.

Smoke Signals has been reset to $1 million and can be won at any time.

Smoke Signals is a gradual jackpot across SIGA that connects 51 slot machines in seven casinos. There are three mystery jackpot tiers that grow over time, with specific start and end prize values. The biggest mystery jackpot is worth at least $100,000,000 and is paid before reaching $200,000,000. Any time a sponsor plays the Smoke Signals slot machine, any one of the jackpots can be triggered.
