GameCo Inc., which built the world's first video game gambling machine (VGM), today announced that it has signed a licensing agreement with CBS Consumer Products. As a result, the company will develop new skill-based gambling video games based on the iconic Star Trek franchise.

Star Trek Deep Space Nine Adventure, the first game under Gameco's licensing agreement, which will debut in the fall of 2017, will allow players to lead U.S. Different and fight for victory through immersive fleet battles. The game will feature highly sophisticated 3D models of the iconic spacecraft that will attract fans of both the Star Trek and space combat genres. The deal was brokered by Richmond Management Group and offers Gameco access to several Star Trek series, including Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Star Trek: Voyager, and Star Trek: Enterprise.

Star Trek is a pop culture phenomenon consisting of six television series, 13 movies, and more than 700 hours of content available on multiple media and online platforms.

"The fan-favorite franchise has entertained people all over the world and has established itself as one of the most iconic and popular brands ever. We are excited to be able to showcase our entertainment-worthy space combat action games, known as Star Trek, to the casino floor along with CBS Consumer Product," said Rich Maryanek of GameCo Inc.

Dedicated to providing casino players with a range of video game gambling experiences, GameCo will release more than 10 new VGM titles in 2017. These include games being developed with licenses from major developers and entertainment IP companies such as Paramount's Mission Impossible, Paranormal, and Ferris Buehler, as well as Terminator 2: Judgment Day in the studio kernel S.A.S.

GameCo recently launched VGM at all three of its Caesars Entertainment properties in Atlantic City and Tropicana Atlantic City Casino & Resort, becoming the first skill-based gaming company in the world to debut its products on the casino floor. With plans to operate in most major U.S. gambling jurisdictions by the end of 2017, GameCo expects to maintain its status as a market leader for skill-based gaming as it continues to make major launches nationwide. 바다이야기
