In Macau, 133 people reportedly joined the city's central gambling disabled registration system last year to get help from suspected gambling addicts.

The residence's social services department has completed an official register and now includes the names of 1,146 people who have asked for help due to gambling issues.

Government department data also reported that the 2018 figure was the lowest since the central system was launched eight years ago, and 15.3% below the final tally for the previous 12 months.

Macau has launched a central register system for people with gambling disabilities to collect statistics to better understand the behaviors and habits of suspected gambling addicts. In addition, last year's information showed that more than 81% of last year's subscribers were Macao residents, and about 65% of them had gambling-related debt.

The survey also stated that the majority of people who sought help in Macau for gambling addiction in 2018 were in their 40s, of which slightly more than 81% were employed. About 12% of those suffering with a job reportedly indicated that they were working as croopiers or dealers at one of more than 30 casinos, including the newer Studio City Macau venue as well as the Grand Casino Lisboa venue. 바카라사이트 추천

Finally, according to data from the Social Welfare Department, about 36% of enrollees were classified as 'moderate' addicts to gambling last year, while 35% had 'serious' problems.
