He scored 36 points with a 50% attack success rate. Kim Yeon-koung grabbed Heungkuk Life by the collar once again and gave him a victory.

In a match between Heungkuk Life Insurance and IBK Industrial Bank of Korea held on Sunday, it was not easy to predict an even match considering the situation in which Heungkuk Life Insurance, which is competing for the top spot, and IBK Industrial Bank of Korea, which is about to drop out of spring volleyball.

However, Industrial Bank of Korea, supported by home fans, displayed tremendous presence. It trailed the first set, which was once lagging behind by eight points, by 17-20 and a three-point gap. The second set, which had always been ahead, was upset by 20-22 at the last minute, but raised the mood again, and produced a 31-29 reversal after a close deuce fight. This was thanks to Abercrombie (35 points, 46.6 percent).

The problem was that Heungkuk Life Insurance's Willow couldn't fight back. Willow scored 28 points (72 offensives), similar to Abercrombie (73) in number of attacks (73), but managed an attack success rate of only 38.9 percent. His energetic ceremony and energy were good, but his presence was significantly different. The winner was Kim Yeon-koung who had 62 offensives.

There was no joy for Kim Yeon-koung, whom I met after the match. "The first set was not successful. It was difficult every set," Kim said. "Today's goal was three points, but I achieved the goal, but it was a game that I need to point out."

Kim scored 36 points in a match (against Industrial Bank of Korea on Dec. 14 and Mar. 5). "It's not good for one person to score that many points," Kim said. "I think that's why we scored so many points in a match against Industrial Bank of Korea. I didn't know we scored that many points today."

Kim played 130 sets this season, and attempted 1,447 attacks. Not only last year (129 sets), but also the season has the biggest physical burden since her debut in the 2005-2006 season. She is now competing with foreign players including Bukirich (1930), Silva (1856), Abercrombie (1853) and Moma Yasmin (1,566)..

As there are not many overwhelming wins, it is hard to give them a break. "I want to let them rest, but there is no other way," Heungkuk Life coach Marcello Avon terminal said. "It is a problem that cannot be solved because foreign players are not a free agent (FA)," he said, expressing regret over the tryout system.

"I've already played 130 sets," Kim said. "I don't think the director knows my age very well. 36 is quite an age," she said with a smile.

In the fourth set, Kim finished the mega rally with her own hands, which amounted to 24 pitches by combining serve and block. "I thought it would be nice if I could stop posting it on me," Kim said, shaking her head and smiling. "I think I am enjoying the urgency a little bit." She added, "I sleep well, eat well, and do weight training and reinforcement training constantly. Thanks to the good trainers, I am maintaining my condition."

Willow also said, "I feel pressured. Other foreign players are doing so well," but added, "I try to give as much energy as possible to my team. When I succeed in attack, I will perform a ceremony and look at Yeon-kyung and enjoy the moment as much as I can. It would be a shame if I can't enjoy it."

Kim Yeon-koung cheers as Kim Soo-ji of Heungkuk Life Insurance scores a match between IBK Industrial Bank of Korea and Heungkuk Life Insurance at Hwaseong Gymnasium on the 5th.

With the victory, Heungkuk Life tied with Hyundai Engineering & Construction with 73 points, but rose to first place in the set difference rate. The sixth round face-off between the two teams on the 12th is expected to determine the winner of the regular season.

"I wanted a decision to be made before that, but it's not easy. When I tell Hyo-jin, 'I think you're going to win,' she says, 'I think Heung-guk will win.' Both of them are boiling inside, 'We have to do it!' Before that, we have to win the Pepper Savings Bank match first. And the Hyundai Construction Fair is an away match in Suwon. I hope our fans will dye their fluorescent coats pink."  스포츠토토
