Trilogy International Partners, LLC is an American privately held wireless telecommunications company based out of Bellevue, Washington. Trilogy's international subsidiaries are Viva Bolivia, 2degrees and Viva República Dominicana.
Trilogy manages GSM in Bolivia, GSM, UMTS/HSPA and LTE and New Zealand (58.66%), and GSM and CDMA technologies in the Dominican Republic for mobile phones and Internet services.
