Company biography

Triller launched on July 23, 2015. The company was founded in 2015 by tech entrepreneurs Sammy Rubin and David Leiberman, two cousins with a history of making innovative and successful music apps together. The first app that Leiberman and Rubin produced was an interactive musical storybook app called Mibblio, which quickly became a platform for artists to offer music to kids in an immersive and “playable” format. The success of Mibblio resulted in a partnership with Disney that led to the chart-topping Disney Frozen: Karaoke app (peaked at #1 highest grossing iPad app in Music in 100+ countries; #1 highest grossing iPhone app in Music in 30+ countries).
