Tri-County Conference (Michigan)

The Tri-County Conference (TCC) is an MHSAA athletic league located in Lenawee, Monroe, and Washtenaw counties.

Members

The following schools are currently members:

  • NOTE: Britton-Macon and Deerfield combined all athletic programs in the 2009-2010 school year. They are known as the Britton-Deerfield(BD) Patriots. They adopted the Patriot mascot in 2009 for their BD programs reflecting on their mascots (Tories & Minutemen) both being Patriots of their countries in the revolutionary war.
  • NOTE: Ann Arbor St. Thomas was a charter member of the TCC, but left the conference after the 1975/76 school year.

    The league began with the 1973-74 sports season.

    Britton, Deerfield, Madison, Ann Arbor St. Thomas, Summerfield and Whitmore Lake were charter members. St. Thomas (now Ann Arbor Gabriel Richard) left after three years. Whiteford and Sand Creek joined in 1975-76. Morenci joined in 1981-82. Clinton joined in 2007-08. Britton and Deerfield combined all sports starting with the 2009-10 sports season, although they already were combining some sports for several years. Their districts combined on July 1, 2011 into the Britton-Deerfield School District.
