Transplants in Mind was a charity in the United Kingdom (Registered charity 1095611) set up to promote the positive benefits of organ and tissue donation for transplantation. It changed its name to 'The Transplant Trust' in 2008, before closing in 2009 due to apparent financial difficulty.
They were responsible for running National Transplant Week, Donor Days, the Donor Bus and events throughout the year in order to encourage people to talk to their family about their wish to donate, and to sign up to the NHS Organ Donor Register.

National Transplant Week is now run by NHS Blood and Transplant (NHSBT).
