Tracy Britt Cool (born c. 1984 in Manhattan, Kansas) is an American business executive at Berkshire Hathaway.
She has been board chair of Berkshire's Larson-Juhl, Johns Manville, Oriental Trading Company and Benjamin Moore subsidiaries, and in October 2014, was named CEO of Pampered Chef. She has also been on the board of H. J. Heinz.
Cool was born and raised on fruit and vegetable farm in Manhattan, Kansas. She graduated from Harvard Business School in 2009. She was a member of the Zeta Xi chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta. While an undergraduate at Harvard, in 2006, she co-founded Smart Woman Securities with Teresa Hsiao, which educates its members on investment.
