Toxobotys boveyi is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Bänziger in 1987. It is found in Thailand.

The wingspan is 27–29 mm. Adult males are zoophilous and have been observed sucking perspiration from humans and sucking at a sore on an elephant.

Etymology

The species is named for Prof. Dr. P. Bovey.
