Tour-Mate Systems Ltd. is a company that produces interpretive audio tours for museums, art galleries, historic sites and botanical gardens. Tour-Mate has offices in Toronto, Ontario and Victor, New York, and their products can also be found in the United Kingdom, India, Japan, Australia, Italy, and South Africa.

Founder Neil Poch formed the company in response to not being able to find an audio tour while on vacation in 1988 and for the past 20 years Tour-Mate audio tours and products have been featured at prominent attractions such as Mount Rushmore, the Grand Canyon, Carlsbad Caverns National Park, the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts and other varying locations around the world. Tour-Mate also donated the audio tour equipment for the Ground Zero Museum Workshop.

At Carlsbad Caverns National Park, a study was completed on the effect of audio tours on learning and social interaction. Another study that features their audio tours is from London's King's College, "Learning with digital technologies in museums, science centres and galleries".
