Toshio yamanaka explains swash pooh bags


Toshio Yamanaka (山中 俊夫, Yamanaka Toshio) (died between 2002 and 2005) served as the ambassador of Japan to Finland between 1968 and 1972.

Yamanaka graduated from Tokyo University in 1939. His first post was as a clerk of the Japanese Consulate in Britain, later an ambassador to Norway, and the Ambassador to Saudi Arabia between 1966 and 1968.

Yamanaka, a member of the World Scout Committee, was awarded the Bronze Wolf, the only distinction of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, awarded by the World Scout Committee for exceptional services to world Scouting.
