Tonie Peresky was born and brought up in Austin, Texas. She had a thing for acting since a young age. Thanks to her talent and efficiency in acting, Tonie was selected to be part of a unique program that had her working with the elite few University of Alberta BFA Grad students at the age of 13. New York's Mark Schoenberg one of the most noted directors at the forefront of Avant-guard theater in Alberta, led the program. At 16, she went on to become a theater artist and earned laurels for herself in the field of acting. Tonie became a popular name in the American film industry in the 90's. She, however, took a sabbatical from movies after 2002 following a family tragedy. She was in news for making in a very coveted role in a ground-breaking film which was to be made in August 2015 but no further proceedings came to light later.
At 16, Tonie acted in a play titled Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation. She not only garnered praise from the critics for her performance in the play but was also awarded the title of Top Teen Actor in the Provence. She went on to act in movies after bagging her first movie in 1992 that was titled Shadow Force. She portrayed the role of Kim in the film. in 1996, she was seen as Roseanne in the film Seeking the Cafe Bob. She also portrayed the role of Lorna in Fool's Gold in 1998. In 1999, she was seen as Miss Davis in Varsity Blues. Tonie was last seen in the 2002 film Fish Don't Blink as Francis.
