Thomas "Tommy" Ross (born 27 February 1947) is a Scottish former professional footballer who played as an inside forward in the Football League for Peterborough United York City, in junior football for Lochee United, in the Highland League for Ross County and in non-League football for Wigan Athletic and Scarborough. He holds the Guinness World Record for the fastest time to score a hat-trick, having scored three goals within a 90-second period when playing for Ross County against Nairn County on 28 November 1964.
