Tom Hancock (born January 15, 1944 in Chicago, Illinois, U.S.) is an American basketball coach.

Hancock was named as one of the coaches in the BBL All-Star game for 1993, and as BBL Coach of the Month for October 2006. On May 8, 2007, Hancock was relieved of his role as Head Coach of British Basketball League team Milton Keynes Lions, ending his second spell with the fledging club.
