Tissa Ravinda Perera is a Sri Lankan academic.
Educated at Nalanda Central College, Minuwangoda, Perera gained his Bachelor of Commerce(Special) from the University of Colombo and went to gained a MBA from University of Colombo and a PhD from Wuhan University of Technology in 2008.
Having worked as a trainee in several private sector companies such as KPMG Sri Lanka he joined the Faculty of Management and Finance of the University of Colombo as an Assistant Lecture in 2001. He is a Member of the Centre for Migration Research and Development.
