Tisis cerambycina is a moth in the Lecithoceridae family. It was described by Meyrick in 1926. It is found on Borneo.

The wingspan is about 18 mm. The forewings are rather dark fuscous, overlaid with dull green on the basal half, becoming bluish at the base. The hindwings are fuscous, the dorsal two-thirds from the base to the middle roughened with loosely erected long hair scales.
