Timocratica meridionalis is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It was described by Becker in 1982. It is found in Brazil (Paraná, São Paulo, Rio Grande do Sul), Bolivia and Paraguay.
The wingspan is 23–28 mm for males and 26–30 mm for females. The forewings are light fuscous with the basal half between R and the costa whitish. The costa is ochreous to ferruginous and the apex, termen, tornus, and oblique fasciae are ferruginous brown. The fold has ochreous scales. The hindwings are golden ochreous.
