Timocratica effluxa is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1930. It is found in Bolivia.

The wingspan is about 41 mm. Adults are similar to Timocratica leucocapna, but are smaller, and the forewings have the termen distinctly less oblique, the orange costal band is entirely obliterated with dark fuscous and the hindwings have an irregular narrow terminal fascia of fuscous suffusion.
