Tim Downey

Timothy W. Downey is founder and CEO of Southern Land Company. Southern Land is a Franklin, Tennessee-based real estate development company with projects in Tennessee, Texas, Colorado, North Carolina, and New York. Downey started Southern Land in Chattanooga, Tennessee, in 1986, and moved its headquarters to Nashville in the early 2000s. Downey is a 1977 graduate of Hixson High School in Chattanooga.
