Thong yot (Thai: ทองหยอด, [tʰɔ̄ːŋ jɔ̀ːt]), also known as "gold egg-yolks drops", is an ancient Thai dessert and one of the nine auspicious traditional Thai desserts. It is usually served in ceremonies such as weddings.
