Thomas "Tom" Whittaker was a professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1900s, and 1910s, playing at club level for Wigan, as a prop, Hooker, Second-row, or loose forward/lock, i.e. number 8 (number 1 in a 15-player team) or 10 (number 3 in a 15-player team), 9 (number 2 in a 15-player team), number 11 (number 4 in a 15-player team) or 12 (number 5 in a 15-player team), or 13 (number 8 in a 15-player team).
