Thomas Thornley, sometimes spelled Thornely, (1 Apr 1781 – 4 May 1862) was a British Liberal Party politician.

He was elected at the 1835 general election as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Wolverhampton. He was re-elected at the next five general elections, and stood down from the House of Commons at the 1859 general election.
