Thomas Lewis (c. 1679 – 22 November 1736) was a British politician.
He was the Member of Parliament (MP) for Salisbury (19 August 1727 – 25 April 1734), Winchester (5 Oct 1710 - August 1713), Buckingham (18 Aug 1727 – 20 February 1728), Southampton (24 Jan 1715 – 1727), Portsmouth (24 Apr 1734-1737), Whitchurch (5 May 1708 – unseated after petitition, 21 Dec 1708) and Hampshire (26 Aug 1713 – 9 February 1715).
