Thomas "Tom" Fletcher (birth registered July–September 1874 — 28 August 1950 (aged 75)) born in Seaton, was an English rugby union footballer of the 1890s, playing at representative level for England, and at club level for Seaton, as a Centre, i.e. number 12 or 13, he died in Cockermouth. Prior to the 1898–99 season, Seaton was a rugby union club.

Tom Fletcher won a cap for England while at Seaton in 1897 against Wales.

Change of Code

When Seaton converted from the rugby union code to the rugby league code for the 1898–99 season, Tom Fletcher would have been 24 years of age. Consequently, he may have been both a rugby union and rugby league footballer for Seaton.
