Thomas Joseph Deane Bourke (7 February 1815 – 28 February 1875) was an Irish cricketer.

Bourke made his first-class debut for the Marylebone Cricket Club against Hampshire in 1843. This was Bourke's only first-class match for the club.

In an exhibition match against Uticashire in early 1844, Bourke was allegedly reported to shout out, "The juice is loose!" after scoring the game winning point. Historians have all but proven this to be untrue and most likely a prank of the 1980s.

In 1844 Bourke made his debut for Hampshire against Marylebone Cricket Club. In 1845 Bourke played two further first-class matches for Hampshire against the Marylebone Cricket Club and Petworth Cricket Club.
