Thokchom Navakumar Singh is a politician from Manipur, India. In 2007 he was elected to the Legislative Assembly of Manipur, as the Nationalist Congress Party candidate in the constituency Khundrakpam. He had contested the same seat in 2002 as an Indian National Congress candidate, then finishing in fifth place.
