Thermoniphas togara, the bright chalk blue, is a butterfly in the Lycaenidae family. It is found in Nigeria, Cameroon, Gabon, the Republic of the Congo, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Uganda. The habitat consists of forest edges.
