Theresa Mulligan is an American comedy writer and actress best known for appearing on the late 1990s sketch comedy television program, Mr. Show. Her career began in Chicago, where she performed at various improvisational theaters, including the Improv Institute and The Second City.
She is also an accomplished writer and producer. Other television credits include The Loop, South Park, How I Met Your Mother and Neighbors from Hell.
She is married to Jeff Rosenthal, a comedy writer and producer from Boston.
