The Woodmont Company (also known as the Woodmont Co.), founded in 1980 is a commercial real estate development and management company. It owns the Military Circle Mall. In March 2013, it was appointed as receiver to manage Marley Station mall in receivership.

Circa 2015, Torchlight Investors hired The Woodmont Company to manage the Military Circle Mall with the intention of rehabilitating it and keeping it active.
