Located in Carmel, Indiana, a suburb of Indianapolis, The Village of WestClay is a Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) in Indiana. Spread out on nearly 700 acres (2.8 km2), the Village features mostly single family custom estate homes. 160 acres (0.65 km2) are dedicated to parks and green space and there are nearly 10 miles (16 km) of walking trails. Two commercial areas, the Village Center and Uptown, provide residents and nearby neighborhoods with convenient shopping. With strict architectural standards the Village replicates a small Indiana town at the turn of the century.
