The Seneca, formerly known as The Seneca Hotel, is an apartment complex located on the corner of Broad Street and Grant Avenue, in the Discovery District of downtown Columbus, Ohio. The former hotel was renovated with funds directed by the Ohio State Department of Development and the City of Columbus. The Seneca is a 10 story historic brick building that was designed by architect Frank Packard in 1917.

The Seneca features studio, as well one and two bedroom luxury apartments.

The Seneca is situated near Capital University Law School, Franklin University, the Columbus College of Art and Design, Columbus State Community College, the Columbus Metropolitan Library, and Grant Medical Center.
