The Renaissance Apartments, formerly known as 99 Tower Place Apartments, is the 9th tallest building in Memphis, Tennessee and tallest all-residential building in the city. It has 25 floors consisting of 242 separate units and occupies the southern half of the city block bordered by Adams Avenue on the north, North Main Street on the east, Jefferson Avenue on the south and, North Front Street on the west. The property is currently managed by Whitney Management Corporation
