The Refinery is a restaurant in Seminole Heights, Florida in the United States. It is owned by Michelle and Greg Baker (chef) who offer a weekly menu that includes molecular gastronomy and regional fare using ingredients such as tangerine juice, fennel, fish, acorn squash with bacon and beurre blanc. It received a nomination for the James Beard Award in February 2012 and is one of several recently opened restaurants in Seminole Heights, including Ella's Americana Folk Art Cafe and The Independent (restaurant). It is located at 5137 North Florida Avenue north of downtown Tampa.
