The RSHS Catalyst or abbreviated as TRC or simply called Catalyst is the official English Broadsheet of Regional Science High School for Region 1. It was established in 1994 to serve as a medium of information dissemination on school's events and activities. The paper has consistently representing Region 1 in the National Schools Press Conference since its creation. It had also won numerous awards in the said competition.
