The Pennmark by SBLM Architects was completed in 2003 at 315 West 34th Street in New York City. The thirty-five story building is the first all glass residential building built in New York City. The green glass-clad facade components for the building were designed by JP Kocher, now the managing director at vertical façade engineering in New York City, and rises 500 feet from a five-story metal panel clad podium.

The building is featured in the book New York 2000 on page 455.
