The Pauline Quirke Academy

The Pauline Quirke Academy of Performing Arts is a multi-site performing arts academy for young people (aged 4–18) set up and endorsed by English actress Pauline Quirke in 2007. As of October 2015 it was located in 68 towns and cities throughout the world. The centres do not provide mainstream education, instead focusing purely on the arts and young people attend outside of their normal school hours, normally at weekends. Fees are paid monthly and there is a reduction for siblings of existing student.

In 2015 Virgin Holidays teamed up with the PQA to offer young holidaymakers at the Savannah Beach Hotel, Barbados, the chance to participate in classes.
