"The One" is the sixth and final studio-release single from American rap metal artist Deuce. The song was initially released on The Two Thousand Eight EP, where it was the lead single. However, it was modified once in 2010 with added instruments and a chorus at the start. Finally, it was modified once more for the Nine Lives album, where it featured additional production and mixing by Ben Grosse. This version was released as the album's final single on February 14, 2013. The One went on to become Deuce's most viewed video on YouTube with over 10 million views on October 11, 2016, surpassing "America". The music video was directed by James Jou.

Speaking of the song, Deuce noted that with it he felt that "through my music, I could do so much".
