The Mustache Gallery is an underground art gallery on the West Side district of Chicago in the Pilsen/ South Loop area. The gallery runs themed shows out of a loft apartment at 718 W 18th Street. The Mustache Gallery is known for its experimental street art; some of the artists are also notorious taggers (graffiti artists), notably the Viking.

The Gallery is owned and operated by Peter Skvara and Don O'Brien among others. These two young entrepreneurs have made it their mission to eliminate the sterile and generally unenthused art gallery atmosphere by showing the spectacle through art and giving the patrons a personal alliance with the artists and their work. The two curators celebrate the slogan, "ideas into action", and put that mentality into every show, transforming the space into another world unlike a reformed art gallery setting. Artists featured in the past have included Eva Deitch, Kevin Gallagher, Jay Croft, Adi Goodrich, Eric Johnson, Adam Schleimer, David Rasool Robinson, Chad Harrison, James Jankowiak (AKA Casper), and Young Cho. The gallery holds themed openings every two months- past themes have included "The Union Show", "The Contraption Show" and "The Catholic Show".
