The Master Colony was a Middlesbrough-based band active from 2002 until 2011. Signed to independent record label 208 Records, the group released two singles and one album, Time for Change, before disbanding in 2011. Drummer Adrian Neal went on to be part member of successful indie band The Unsung Heroes (who later also signed to 208 Records) and Joe Smithson and Lewis Mondal were founding members of successful indie band Collectors Club. Alistair Sheerin is currently pursuing a solo career.
