The Lexington is an historic apartment building located in Des Moines, Iowa, United States and built in 1906. The building is a five-story brick structure that rises 75 feet (23 m) above the ground. It was individually listed on the National Register of Historic Places on December 12, 1976 and as a contributing property of the Sherman Hill Historic District in 1979.
The building purportedly had paranormal activity involving its elevator.
The Lexington houses one of the oldest operating elevators west of the Mississippi.
The building was renovated between 2012 and 2014.
