The Legend of Korra: A New Era Begins is a turn-based strategy video game for the Nintendo 3DS based on the animated television series The Legend of Korra. Developed by Webfoot Technologies and published by Activision, it was released on 28 October 2014.
Similar to the system of the Fire Emblem tactical role-playing game series, the game combines a grid-based tactical view with one-on-one encounters between units.
The game is one of two video games based on the same plot from the series. The other, The Legend of Korra, is a third-person beat 'em up game by Platinum Games released earlier in October 2014.
