The Institute of American and Talmudic Law (IAT Law) is a non-profit organization that provides accredited Continuing Legal Education (CLE) to attorneys and other professionals.

The organization was founded in 2002 by rabbis Shlomo Yaffe, Noach Heber, and Joshua Metzger of Chabad Lubavitch of Midtown Manhattan, and Yisroel Schulman, founder and president of the New York Legal Assistance Group. IAT Law is an approved CLE/MCLE provider in New York, California, Florida, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois and Pennsylvania. IAT Law provides programs on a wide range of topics comparing American and Talmudic Law. It also sponsors conferences.
